Happy Holidays!

This is the time when I sleep for a bit more than 7 hours, yay me! I've had a relaxing day : VH1 music mornings, late lunch, lazy afternoons, sketching here&there, donut-evening. See ? Relaxing! One day sans being a workaholic feels great ! 

I've got this question from my friend before, "Where can you wear a blazer besides a formal event ?"
You don't always need a formal event to wear a blazer. 

HOW TO WEAR A BLAZER ON A NOT-SO-FORMAL DAY

1. When you go blazer shopping, don't pick colours like black/white. They can make your outfit look boring. Try for brighter colours!

2. Blazers need not only be worn on trousers and shirts. Put on a fun dress and a blazer on top & you're ready to go.
3. You can wear your blazer not only to work/formal events but also a fancy dinner/brunch/party or even on a fun girls-day-out !
4. If you reside in Mumbai (or any place where the Sun promises to kill you), wear your blazer on an above-the-knee skirt/dress.
5. If you still think a blazer is boring, you can play around with other elements of clothing to create a fun outfit (look below!)

I have been obsessing over the Pink and Green combination since a while & so tada!

I wore a ruffles dress.
Wore the blazer & buttoned it up.
Placed the ruffles on the blazer
and done!
If the October heat has killed you, tie a knot at the top of your head  :)
